Carey assists Agroveen in acquisition of 3 Río King farms for $32m

Carey has assisted Agroveen Agricultural, a Nuveen (TIAA) company, an agricultural asset management business, in the due diligence, structuring and negotiation for the acquisition by Río King of three productive farms of more than 380 hectares for approximately US$32 million.

This transaction was closed on 28 October, where Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos advised Rio King.
