Carey assists E-Mov in funding round

Carey has represented E-Mov in its first round of equity financing by Orange Group

 Carey has assisted E-Mov in its first round of equity financing by the Orange Group. The advice included the coordination and negotiation of the terms and conditions of the financing round with the different investors of the investment group, as well as with the holders of the convertible mutuals to the development of electromobility solutions.

The transaction was closed on 2 December, with the participation of Cuadra Vollmer & Cía Abogados as advisors to the Orange Group, and Montt Casado & Rettig Abogados as advisors to Dadneos (investor – convertible note holder).

E-mov is a Chilean company dedicated to the development of electromobility solutions, a multimodal carbon neutral executive transport service using 100% electric vehicles.
