Carey assists Manutara in its second investment fund

Carey has assisted Manutara Ventures in the constitution of its second investment fund “Fondo Fundadores” with financing from Corfo. The closing of this transaction took place on April 26.

This second private investment fund is focused on technological start-ups that seek solutions to present and future problems, including the area of SaaS, Blockchain, Fintech, Biotech, Healthtech, among others; for which it has a capital of approx. USD $28 million.

Carey’s team was led by partner Francisco Guzmán (pictured), assisted by associates Enzo Devoto and Carolina Miller.
