Francisco Guzmán

Carey assists MCO in investment by Grupo Escocia

Carey has assisted MCO Group, owner of Rideshop.cl, a sports and outdoor products platform, in an investment by e-commerce specialists Grupo Escocia.

The transaction closed on 21 September. PPU Chile acted as advisor to Grupo Escocia.

PPU’s team consisted of partner Federico Grebe, and associates Josefina Joannon and José Pedro Ariztía.

Carey’s team was led by partner Francisco Guzmán (pictured), with support from associates Sebastián Melero and María Ignacia Urzúa.
