Carey assists on the entrance of Aurus Capital as Screen Capital minority shareholder
Carey has steered both clients in all the steps from negotiation to the stock exchange agreement
Carey advised both Screen Capital and Aurus Capital Partners on investment by Aurus as a minority shareholder in Screen.
Screen Capital is an investment fund manager focused on developing and expanding in the audiovisual and entertainment industry, led by Joyce Zylberberg and Tatiana Emden.
The consultation included preparing the operation structure, negotiation of terms and preparation of the transaction documents, such as Shareholders’ Agreement and a stock purchase agreement.
