Carey assists Similarweb in acquisition of Admetricks
Carey has assisted Similarweb, an Israeli company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Admetricks.
This transaction was closed on 4 March, with DLA Piper Chile acting as advisor to Admetricks.
Admetricks is a leading Latin American digital analytics, data processing and advertising and marketing intelligence (SaaS) services company.
David Kaplansky and Israel Wagshul acted as in-house lawyers to Similarweb.
DLA Piper’s team included partner Matías Zegers and associate José Ignacio Marín.
