Chilean law firm Carey has counselled Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior (BLADEX), the Panama City-based Foreign Trade Bank of Latin America, on a $29 million loan granted to LATAM Airlines Group.
Carey’s team was led by partner Diego Peralta (pictured), with associates Paluska Solar and Nadia Jara.
BLADEX was also counselled by its in-house team, Luis Uribe, Grace Garrido, Jorge Real, Celso Faria, and Ricardo Sandoval.
