Carey counsels F-Prime on $7.15m investment in Toku

Carey has counselled F-Prime, as lead investor, on a US$7.15 million series seed round in Toku, a Chilean start-up.

This transaction was completed on 2 January, with Gunderson Dettmer also acting as counsel to F-Prime in the US, and CMS Carey & Allende acting as Chilean counsel to Toku.

Gunderson Dettmer’s team included partner David D. Gammell, and associates Timothy J. Kulis, Micaela C. Cervantes and Daniel Gallo.

Carey’s team was led by partner Francisco Guzmán (pictured), with support from associates Sebastián Melero and María Ignacia Urzúa.
