Carey counsels Grupo Wiese on Vitamina Chile investment

Chilean law firm Carey has advised Peruvian real estate and investment company Grupo Wiese on its investment in Vitamina Chile, which owns a network of pre-school and daycare centers across Chile.

cristian eyzaguirre CAREYGrupo Wiese made the investment through a private investment fund managed by W Capital SAFI, a Peruvian investment fund management company. 

The value of the deal was not disclosed.

Carey’s team was led by partners Francisco Guzmán and Cristián Eyzaguirre (pictured), with associates Andrés Latorre and Benjamín Saa.

Law firm Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría (PPU Legal) acted as counsel to Asesorías e Inversiones Sedna, the controlling shareholder of Vitamina Chile.
