Carey counsels Manutara Ventures on tech start-up investment
Carey has counseled Manutara Ventures, a venture capital investment fund, on its $300,000 investment in GoQuantum, a Chilean start-up dedicated to develop software and hardware solutions based in quantum and post-quantum technologies, and radio link layer encryption for industrial and telecom applications.
The deal was challenging due to the high complexity of the product developed by the new start-up, but also confirms the increase of technological investments in the country, the law firm said.
Carey’s team was led by partner Francisco Guzmán, with associates Benjamín García and Benjamín Saa.
