Carey counsels on Minera Valle Central loan
Chilean law firm Carey has Minera Valle Central on its reprogramming and drafting of a credit agreement for around $56 million with Scotiabank Chile and Export Development Canada.
The loan relates to the construction and operation of a plant for processing, exploiting, extracting and transporting of tailings located on lands owned by Codelco’s El Teniente Division.
Carey’s team was led by partner Felipe Moro (pictured), with associates Diego Lasagna, Fernando Noriega and Nadia Jara.
