Carey instructed on $15.7 million financing of mining exploration program in Chile

Carey advised Quantum Pacific Exploration (QPX) in a co-financing agreement with Asset Chile.

The deal, worth $15.7 million, will finance a mineral exploration program in northern Chile which will be managed by QPX. Asset Chile is a Latin American financial advisory company with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financing and asset management. QPX is a mining exploration company. 

Partner Cristian Eyzaguirre led the Carey team advising QPX. Asset Chile instructed Bofill, Mir & Álvarez Jana.
