Carey represents Banco BICE in issue and sale of $119m bonds

Carey has assisted Banco BICE in the issuance and sale of bonds in Switzerland for USD 119 million

 Carey has represented Banco BICE in its issuance and sale of approx. $119 million US dollars (CHF110 million) of fixed-rate bonds maturing on 29 October 2026, divided into CHF5,000 denomination bonds. The transaction was closed on 29 October 2021.

This is BICE’s first issuance in Switzerland, where Niedererer Kraft Frey (NKF) acted as advisor to Banco BICE in that jurisdiction.

BICE was also advised by its in-house counsel, Matías Valenzuela.

NKF advised on the transaction through of counsel Chirstoph Balsiger.
