Carey represents CMPC Ventures in investment in Strong By Form

Carey has locally represented CMPC Ventures, the corporate venture capital arm of CMPC, in its investment in Chilean start-up Strong By Form.

The transaction, closed on 30 November, had a value of approximately USD 5.6 million (EU5.2 million) and involved the jurisdictions of Chile and Spain, which involved the internationalisation of the company with the participation of local and foreign investors.
