Carey represents Genesis Partners on creation of $20m startup fund

Chilean law firm Carey has represented Genesis Partners, a venture capital investment fund manager, on the incorporation of a new, $20 million venture capital fund, which included a financing granted by the Chilean Agency for Economic Development (CORFO).

francisco guzman of CareyThe CORFO financing is part of its its loan facility program for venture capital investment funds focused on startups, Fondo Etapas Tempranas Tecnológicas (FT).
