Carey has represented Liberty Latin America in the negotiation of the agreements under which America Móvil will take control of Claro Chile (ClaroVTR).

The transaction, completed on 24 June, was valued at USD $1.16 million and involved the jurisdictions of Mexico, the United States and Chile.
