Carey steers Servicios Tecnológicos Médicos on telemedicine joint venture

Carey has counselled on the constitution of AguCare in joint venture with Servicios Tecnológicos CoTalker

Carey advised Servicios Tecnológicos Médicos on a partnership with Servicios Tecnológicos CoTalker through the establishment of AguCare, a company aimed at providing telemedicine services. The advice included the negotiation and preparation of AguCare’s bylaws and shareholders agreement, a licence agreement and other corporate documents.

Given the purpose of the company created with the partnership, which is the provision of telemedicine services, the project involves a very contingent and trending topic, taking into account the current global health conditions. Also, AguCare intends to give an added value to its services, with the use of a technological platform throughout the customer service process, differentiating itself from other companies that provide telemedicine services.
