Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos has advised Atco Sabinco S.A., a Chilean subsidiary of the Canadian company Atco Structures & Logistics Ltd., in connection with a $35 million senior revolving credit facility granted by Scotiabank Chile and Export Development Canada under Canadian law.

The local financing was intended to extend, amend and restructure the company’s existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes, and was provided in conjunction with a $175,000,000 CAD Canadian credit facility entered into by Atco Structures & Logistics with The Bank of Nova Scotia and other lenders under Canadian law.

The transaction was closed on 7 October, with Guerrero Olivos acting as legal counsel to the lender.
