Cariola advises Inter-American Development Bank on Engie Energía Chile financing
Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos has counselled Inter-American Investment Corporation and Inter-American Development Bank on $125 million financing
Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos advised the Inter-American Investment Corporation (IDB Invest) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) as lenders in connection with a $125 million financing granted to the Chilean stock corporation Engie Energía Chile S.A. as the borrower for the development, construction, operation and maintenance of a renewable energy project to be undertaken during the following three years, destined to replace the decommissioning of certain coal-fired plants located in Chile.
