Cariola names Nicolás Lustig as partner
Cariola Díez Pérez-Cotapos has announced the addition of Nicolás Lustig Falcón (pictured) as new partner to the firm’s corporate group, effective 1 July.
“In an environment that is increasingly ambiguous, complex and, in short, demanding, my experience of more than 15 years as an in-house lawyer, gives me a special perspective to understand the needs of clients, and seek creative solutions that can incorporate additional elements to the strictly legal,” says the new partner.
A lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, he previously served as Vice President Legal and Vice President Development for BHP Minerals Americas, as well as corporate legal manager at LarraínVial. He obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Duke University, USA, and in 2022 he was part of the PADE programme (focused on business management leadership) at the Universidad de los Andes.
