Cariola represents Natixis in State Grid Chile credit facility
Cariola Diez Perez-Cotapos has represented Natixis, Hong Kong Branch, as lender in connection with a USD $200,000,000 credit facility granted to State Grid Chile Investment and guaranteed by the Chinese company State Grid International Development Limited.
The transaction was completed on 17 June, where the credit agreement and guarantee were governed by Hong Kong law. Clifford Chance Beijing acted as counsel to the lender in China, while Carey advised the borrower in Chile.
