Carmigniani Pérez incorporates Álvaro Galindo as partner

Carmigniani Pérez Abogados has reinforced thus the Dispute Resolution, Arbitration and Litigation practice

Carmigniani Pérez Abogados announced Álvaro Galindo’s hiring (pictured), a member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and the most prestigious Arbitration Centres in the country and the region, as new Dispute Resolution, Arbitration and Litigation partner, based in the Quito office. He was part of the international arbitration team of the renowned law firm Dechert LLP (2011-2020, in Washington, D.C.), representing states and state entities in areas such as Energy, Telecommunications and Construction. He was also Director of International Affairs and Arbitration of the Attorney General’s Office of Ecuador.

Álvaro Galindo received his law degree from the Faculty of Jurisprudence of the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador (PUCE) and has a master’s degree from Georgetown University Law School.
