Cascione Pulino Boulos Advogados assisted the buyer XP Educação in the acquisition of IGTI

Cascione Pulino Boulos Advogados advised XP Educação on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of IGTI – Instituto de Gestão em Tecnologia da Informação, a distance learning college focused on IT education.

The transaction was a strategic acquisition for XP Educação through which it entered the higher education sector, expanding its student base to 122 thousand students and opening opportunities for Xpeed, XP’s financial education and entrepreneurship school.
