Cascione and Cescon Barrieu act on Virgo’s issuance
Cascione Advogados advised J. Macêdo and Cescon Barrieu advised XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários on the public distribution offering of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates (CRA) of the 1st and 2nd series, of the 166th issuance, of Virgo Companhia de Securitização, backed by agribusiness credit rights arising from certificates of credit rights due by J. Macêdo, in the total amount of R$ 200 million, pursuant CVM 400.
