Cascione Pulino Boulos Advogados has announced Brunno Morette (pictured), M&A/Corporate lawyer as a new partner.

Brunno will join the firm’s Corporate/M&A area, aiming to reinforce the international practice, with special attention to clients from Iberian Peninsula and Latam.

The new partner is a lawyer graduated from USP, with an LLM from Instituto de Empresa – IE (Madrid, Spain), with over 15 years of experience advising national and foreign clients in their projects in Brazil, focusing on corporate law, M&A transactions, complex contracts, infrastructure projects, dispute resolution and, more recently, personal data protection.
