CBLM Advogados reinforces the Tax Litigation area with the new partner Marcelo Rocha
The law firm specialized in Tax Law CBLM Advogados announces the entry of Marcelo Rocha (pictured) as a new partner.
Marcelo has more than 12 years of activities focused on Tax Law in a full service firm, where he acquired experience in serving especially companies from the automotive, civil construction, insurance, oil and gas, food and beverage sectors.
The new partner works mainly in tax litigation with actions focused on tax recovery, in compliance with IRS inspections, in administrative and judicial proceedings at state and federal levels, in the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals (CARF) and in the Superior Chamber of Tax Appeals (CSRF). On the Advisory Tax side, Marcelo works on opinions on direct taxes and on the tax review of procedures and accessory obligations.
Marcelo Rocha has a law degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and a master’s degree in Tax Law from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) Law School. He is an invited professor in post-graduation courses in Tax Law, author of several articles published in specialized journals and member of the Special Committee on Administrative Litigation of OAB/SP.
