Cepeda Advogados advises GHT4 on multi-family office M&A

Cepeda Advogados advised the multi-family office GHT4 on the acquisition of Loyall Capital Partners on an M&A transaction.

GHT4 is a multi-family office founded in 2021 by Laércio Cosentino (founder and chairman of Totvs), Guga Valente (founder of Grupo ABC/Africa/Dm9DDB/CDN), Caio Ibrahim David (former CEO of Itaú BBA), Rodrigo Vella (founder of Vella Pugliesi Buosi e Guidoni Advogados) and Livinston Bauermeister (former CEO of Veste/Restoque).

Loyall Capital Partners is a multi-family office founded by Marcos Hatushikano (former UBS Pactual, Citibank, Becton Dickinson and Banco Matrix).

Such transaction allows GHT4 to achieve BRL 4 billion in assets under management.
