Cerolini & Ferrari acts in first issue of LASA Notes
Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados has acted as legal counsel to Lange Agropecuaria (LASA) and Banco CMF, in the first issue of negotiable obligations of LASA under the Régimen PyME CNV Garantizada for a nominal value of US $3,000,000.
The Series I Notes were issued on 31 August at a fixed nominal annual interest rate of 0% and at an issue price equivalent to 108.7900% of the nominal value of the Notes. They will mature in August 2025, and their principal will be amortised in five consecutive quarterly instalments.
The offer was addressed to the local market and the Notes have been authorised for listing and trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE).
Banco CMF acted as arranger, underwriter and guarantor of the issue.
LASA is a company based in Realicó, province of La Pampa, dedicated since 1998 to agricultural and livestock exploitation. The production scheme is based on owned and leased farms, located in La Pampa, south of San Luis and south of Córdoba.
