Cerolini & Ferrari acts in update of Pelayo’s Notes Programme
Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados has acted as advisor to Pelayo Agronomía in the update of its Notes Programme Prospectus under the PyME CNV and PyME CNV Garantizada Regime and in the increase of the amount of the Programme.
The update implied the increase of the amount of the Programme by up to V/N 16,603,669 UVAs (or its equivalent in other currencies). In this regard, the Issuers’ Management of the National Securities Commission authorised the upgrade on 6 December.
Pelayo is a national capital company, whose main activity is the sale on consignment of cereals, that is to say, it acts as an intermediary in the grain trade, mainly in the provinces of La Pampa, Buenos Aires, San Luis and Córdoba.
In addition, since its beginnings it has been dedicated to the sale of agricultural inputs (agrochemicals, seeds and fertilisers) and, over time, it has incorporated other activities such as the development of agriculture and livestock, seed multiplication and production, and soil and seed laboratory services.
Pelayo is headquartered in General Pico, La Pampa province, and has 10 branches located within the same province and in the west of Buenos Aires province.
