Cerolini & Ferrari advises on first issue of Notes of Remonda Castro

Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados has advised Remonda Castro y Cía., Banco Supervielle and Banco Comafi in Remonda Castro’s first issue of negotiable obligations under the SME CNV Guaranteed Regime for a nominal value of US$ 1,000,000.

The issue took place on 27 July, where Series I Notes were issued for a nominal value of US$ 1,000,000 at a fixed nominal annual interest rate of 1% and at an issue price equivalent to 104.85% of the nominal value of the Notes. The maturity date of the Notes will be July 2026, and their principal will be amortised in four instalments.

Furthermore, the offer was addressed to the local market and the Notes have been authorised for listing and trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE) and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos (ByMA).

Banco Supervielle and Banco Comafi acted as arrangers, underwriters and guarantors of the issue.
