Cerolini & Ferrari assists in first issue of Notes by Klonal
Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados has assisted Klonal in its first issue of Notes under the Régimen PyME CNV Garantizada for a nominal value of $400.000.000.000.
The Notes were issued on August 14, 2024, at a variable interest rate equivalent to the Badlar Rate plus an applicable margin of 5.99%.
The offer was addressed to the local market and the Notes have been authorised for listing on the Argentine Stock Exchange and Markets (ByMA), and for listing and trading on the Electronic Open Market (MAE).
Banco Supervielle and Banco de la Provincia de Córdoba acted as arrangers, underwriters and guarantors of the Notes. Both entities were also advised by the firm’s legal counsel.
Klonal is a company with more than 30 years in the Argentine pharmaceutical market, specialised in supplying sanatoriums, clinics, hospitals and pharmacies, offering medicines in different pharmaceutical forms: injectables, oral solids, syrups, drops, powders for oral suspension, ovules and ophthalmic solutions.
