Cerolini & Ferrari counsels on Diesel Lange Series II issuance
Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados has counselled Diesel Lange, as trustee, and Banco CMF, as trustee, in the second issuance of trust securities under the ‘Diesel Lange’ Global Financial Trust Programme for an aggregate nominal value of USD $1,713,191.
The Class A Debt Securities were issued on 30 April for a par value of USD $1,437.64 and the Class B Debt Securities for USD $275,548.
The offering was directed to the local market and the Trust Securities have been authorised for listing and trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE).
In addition to its role as trustee, Banco CMF acted as arranger, underwriter and issuer, while Diesel Lange also acted as servicer of the loans involved.
Diesel Lange, one of the main official John Deere dealers in Argentina, is a company dedicated to the commercialisation of agricultural machinery, gardening and golf equipment, as well as the sale of engines and spare parts and after-sales services for the machinery and equipment sold.
Miriam González, Cristian Ríos and Sebastián Calzetta acted as in-house advisors to Banco CMF.
