Cerolini & Ferrari counsels ProntoPaga on start of operations as a PSP
Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados has counselled ProntoPaga in the start of its operations in Argentina as a payment service provider under the aggregator function (PSP).
ProntoPaga is a leading payment processing company in Latin America with operations in Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Brazil, Mexico and now Argentina as part of its expansion in the region. The company has a platform that offers a wide range of payment methods to digital merchants, including credit cards, debit cards, prepaid, cash payments and bank transfers, ensuring accessibility to its customers.
The consultancy involved the incorporation of ProntoPaga in the country and its registration as a PSP with the Central Bank of Argentina.
