Cerolini & Ferrari represents Pallets Jáuregui in first Notes issue
Cerolini & Ferrari Abogados has represented Pallets Jáuregui in its first issuance of notes under the Régimen PyME CNV Garantizada for a nominal amount of $806,250,000.
The issuance was made on September 11, at a variable interest rate equivalent to the Badlar Rate plus an applicable margin of 6.40%.
The offering was directed to the local market and the Notes have been authorized for listing in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos (ByMA), and for listing and trading in the Mercado Abierto Electrónico (MAE).
Max Capital, Banco Supervielle and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires acted as arrangers and underwriters, while Banco Supervielle, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires and Aval Ar acted as guarantors.
