Cescon Barrieu acted as deal counsel on the Votorantim issue

Cescon Barrieu act as deal counsel, on the public offering simple unsecured debentures, in a single series, of the 17th issuance of the Votorantim Cimentos, in the total amount of BRL 1,1 billion, carried out through public distribution under the automatic registration rite, under CVM 160.

The offering was implemented within the timeline required by the issuer’s schedule, conciliating interests of all the parties involved, providing technical excellence and the appropriate legal solution for the challenges encountered.

Cescon Barrieu advised Votorantim Cimentos, the UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and Banco Votorantim, and relied on partner Daniel Laudisio (pictured left), Mariana Rodrigues Machado Borges (pictured right), associates Dimitrios Constantelos, Bruno Camargos, Fernanda Putrino and intern Pedro Cichello Martins.
