Cescon Barrieu advise on FMU issue of commercial notes
Cescon Barrieu advised the issuer (FMU) Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas Educacionais and the lead underwriter XP Investimentos Corretora De Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários on the 1st issue of commercial notes, with real guarantee, in a single series, from the issuer in the total amount of BRL 25 million.
The commercial notes have a real guarantee in the form of a fiduciary assignment and was carried out through public distribution under the automatic registration rite, pursuant to CVM 160.
