Cescon Barrieu advise on the issuance by Neoenergia
Cescon Barrieu advised on the first issuance of non-convertible debentures, in single series, offered under a public offering by Neoenergia Morro do Chapéu Transmissão e Energia, pursuant to CVM 160.
BTG Pactual Investment Banking acted as lead underwriter in the offering.
The proceeds from the offering, which totaled BRL 432 million, will be used for investment and/or reimbursement related to the installation of the company’s electricity transmission project, operated through a public concession with the Brazilian National Electricity Agency (ANEEL).
