Cescon Barrieu advise on the issuance of comercial notes by Quod
Cescon Barrieu advised on the 3rd issuance of comercial notes, in a single series, by Gestora de Inteligência de Crédito (Quod), for public offering, pursuant to CVM 160, in the total amount of R$150 million. Banco Safra acted as lead underwriter in the offering.
The offering represents the third issuance of commercial notes of the issuer and contributes to the development of technology industry.
Cescon Barrieu advised the issuer and the lead underwriter and relied on partners Daniel Laudisio, Eduardo Kuhlmann Abrantes, associates João Victor Salomão, Rafael Rigoni and intern Álvaro Vilarinho.
