Cescon Barrieu advise on the issue of commercial notes of Salum

Cescon Barrieu advised Salum Construções and Banco Santander (Brasil), in the 1st issue of commercial notes, with real and fiduciary guarantee, in two series, from the Salum, in the total amount of BRL 81 million, under CVM 160.

The offer included additional fiduciary guarantee, real guarantee in the form of fiduciary assignment of credit rights and linked account rights; fiduciary alienation of shares of 3 investment funds; and fiduciary alienation of machinery, equipment, and vehicles.

Cescon barrieu relied on partner Alice Fulgêncio Brandão, associates Lucas Ubiratan, Karina Figueiredo, intern Filipe Andrade and Eduarda Camargos.
