Cescon Barrieu and other firms advises Construtora São José on its sale to Gafisa
The transaction involves the submission to CADE for analysis and approval of the acquisition by Gafisa of a stake in the capital stock of Construtora São José Desenvolvimento Imobiliário and of Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário SJ AU Logística.
After the corporate restructuring and as a result of the operation, Gafisa will also acquire certain assets and rights held by the target companies.
Carneiro de Oliveira Advogados and Lollato, Lopes, Rangel, Ribeiro Advogados advised Construtora São José Desenvolvimento Imobiliário in all corporate law matters and counted on their partners Gyedre Carneiro de Oliveira and Tiago Lopes, respectively.
Cescon Barrieu also advised Construtora São José in antitrust matters and relied on partner Ricardo Lara Gaillard (pictured) and associate Isabela Monteiro de Oliveira.
