Cescon Barrieu advises Ferro Puro on its commercial notes issue
Cescon Barrieu advised Mineração Ferro Puro, as the issuer and Banco Bradesco BBI, as the lead underwriter on the 2nd issuance of commercial notes, with fiduciary guarantee, in a single series, for public distribution, under the automatic registration rite, of the issuer, according to CVM160, in the total value of BRL 100 million.
The commercial notes were guaranteed by GSM Mineração and Avante Participações e Negócios.
