Cescon Barrieu advises HSI on the acquisition of Shopping Uberaba

Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised Hemisfério Sul Investimentos on the acquisition of Shopping Uberaba.
The transaction involved a complex negotiation and advisory on all legal aspects of the deal in order to allow the full transference of operations over the shopping to the client.

The transaction value was R$ 330.289.250,90.
Cescon Barrieu relied on several áreas, such as M&A, Due DIligence and Real Estate teams and had partners Ana Carolina Passos, Marcos Lopes Prado and Isabela Coelho, associates Julia Rodrigues Mendonça and Vinicius Martins.

PMK Advogados advised the sellers in all legal aspects of the deal.
