Cescon Barrieu advises Nortis Incorporadora on the CRI issue
Cescon Barrieu advised Nortis Incorporadora e Construtora on the public offering of real estate receivables certificates (CRIs), in a single series, of the 440th issue, by Opea Securitizadora, in the total amount of R$100 million.
The offering was carried out under the automatic registration procedure, without prior analysis, exclusively for qualified investors, under the terms of CVM 160. The lead underwriter of the offering was Banco Safra, which was advised by VBSO Advogados advised Banco Safra.
Cescon Barrieu was assisted by partner Mariana Rodrigues Machado Borges (pictured left), associates Daniel Mortati, Vittoria Simoni, Ana Beatriz Borges, Fernanda Putrino and trainee Pedro Cichello.
