Cescon Barrieu advises on CRI issuance
Cescon Barrieu acted as legal counsel on the public offering of the 90th issuance of real estate receivables certificates (CRIs) by Bari Securitizadora, an operation valued at BRL 155 million.
The offering, structured under the automatic registration procedure without prior analysis and directed exclusively to professional investors pursuant to CVM 160, was backed by real estate credits assigned by MTR Capote Valente II Empreendimento Imobiliário Spe, acting as debtor.
The transaction, closed in the capital markets sector, involved Mitre Realty Empreendimentos e Participações and Banco Bari de Investimentos e Financiamentos as clients. The CRIs, of a single class, carry the ISIN code BRASTECRI5E8 and are denominated in Brazilian real.
