Cescon Barrieu assisted Nu Asset Management, Guide Investimentos Corretora de Valores and Oriz Assessoria Financeira in the public offering of quotas of the second issuance of the Nu Infra Fundo de Investimento em Cotas Incentivado em Infraestrutura Renda Fixa Crédito Privado.

The total amount was BRL 59.379.371,52, conducted under CVM 160.
