Cescon Barrieu advises on the CRI issued by Urba Group
Cescon Barrieu advised Inter Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and Urba Desenvolvimento Urbano on the public distribution offering of Certificates of Real Estate (CRI), issued by Opea Securitizadora, backed by real estate credits assigned by Urba 14, Urba 21, Urba 13 Loteamentos, and América de Ouro Empreendimento Imobiliário, in the total amount of R$ 60.235.000,00, pursuant to CVM 160.
The assignors of Urba Group are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Urba Desenvolvimento Urbano, which is an urban property development company which is part of the largest property group in Latin America, MRV&CO, which is also a market leader in the real estate segment in the State of Minas Gerais.
Cescon Barrieu relied on partners Alice Fulgencio Brandao, Julia Barreto Lobo Dutra, associates Lucas Ubiratan, Carolina Carvalho, Anaclara Reis, André Brandão and intern Luiz Moura.
