Cescon Barrieu advises PMZ Distribuidora on debentures issue
Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised PMZ Distribuidora S.A. and Banco Bradesco BBI S.A.
Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised PMZ Distribuidora S.A. and Banco Bradesco BBI S.A. in the 1st issue of simple, non-convertible debentures, with security interest and additional personal guarantee debentures, in a single series of PMZ Distribuidora S.A, in the total amount of R$ 120 million, offered with limited placement efforts.
The offering was made with Banco Bradesco BBI S.A. acting as underwriter.
The issue was implemented within a short period of time, as required by the client’s schedule, with the reconciliation of the interests of all parties involved, valuing technical excellence and the appropriate legal solution for the challenges encountered.
