Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised Copagaz on the sale of bottled LPG assets in the State of Paraíba to Supergasbras Energia Ltda.
Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised Copagaz – Distribuidora de Gás S.A. in the sale of certain assets of bottled Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) in the State of Paraíba to Supergasbras Energia Ltda.
Supergasbras Energia Ltda. is one of the main national LPG distributors, with approximately 21% of the market and more than 70 years of operation. Supergasbras is part of SHV Energy, world leader in LPG distribution, with more than 100 years of experience in the energy sector.
