Cescon Barrieu Advogados assisted private group of investors in financing round for Zigpay

The transaction consisted of a capital injection of R$ 40 million in Zigpay, a Brazilian fintech company specialized in consumer management, which offers a management solution for nightclubs, bars, restaurants and events in the Brazilian market.

The Series A funding round had participation from private investors.

The funds received will be used for Zigpay’s geographic expansion.

Cescon Barrieu Advogados assisted the Investors Group in the negotiation, and relied on partners Ronald Herscovici (pictured left) and Cristina Bueno (pictured right), associates Matheus Fernandes, Nathalia Rabello and Bernardo Skornicki. Also participating were the Due Diligence team with partner Isabela Coelho and the IP team with partner Luiz Di Sessa and associate Julia Diniz.
