Cescon Barrieu Advogados assists ZigPay in the merger with NetPDV
Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised ZigPay Meios de Pagamentos S.A. in its merger with NetPDV – Soluções Tecnológicas S.A.
Cescon Barrieu Advogados advised ZigPay, a consumption management and cashless payment platform in the Brazilian Live Events market, in its merger with NetPDV, through the integration of NetPDV into ZigPay’s corporate group and the transfer of NetPDV’s shareholder base to ZigPay.
The transaction involved the negotiation of several documents related to the combination of the ZigPay and NetPDV businesses, which required the evaluation of several structures to best implement the transaction.
